Welcome to the ShippingExpress Cancellation and Refund Policy. This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India. Please read carefully to understand our practices.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and details.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped:

  • Orders that have been dispatched or are under processing are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Once the order is in transit, cancellation will not be accepted.

Right to Refuse Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if the item is customized or if production/shipping has already started.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be provided for eligible cancellations raised within the specified window.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund once processing has started.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Delays beyond this may occur due to banking or payment gateway processing times.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Delivered products.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable duties or taxes.
  • Refunds will not be entertained for complaints raised beyond 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Cancel an Order

Please follow these steps to cancel an order:

  2. We will confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.
  3. If approved, the refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

4. Disputes and Grievance Redressal

  • All disputes will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
