Proper Packaging:

• All shipments must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Inadequate packaging may void insurance claims.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Tracking and Insurance:

• Arbitration shall take place in Surat, Gujarat, India in English.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
